One of Columbus State’s missions is to provide a creative, deeply personal and relevant college experience. The goal of the overhaul on their web presence was to show the college experience through the integration of student testimonial videos and engaging imagery, as well as designing to reach the ever-growing, mobile-friendly community.
Through stakeholder meetings, user test studies and user experience design, traffic to the website increased by 49% and mobile visibility increased by 65%. Columbus State University became 3rd in the Georgia University System to go live with a responsive design and 1st to have their entire site mobile friendly.
